This is an idea that I really wanted to share with everyone, to try it all again myself as well and see what the results will be after 100 days of max out sprints . The goal of this challenge is to complete the hundred different days in as quick of a time frame as possible. I dive into a bit more detail about the what’s, the why’s and how’s of it all in Episode 2 of the podcast explaining the backstory behind the idea, sharing my do’s and dont’s, how I was able to eat over 6,000 to 8,000+ caloriesย  daily without gaining much weight, things to look out for to minimize certain injuries, how to recover faster and why I suggest switching permanently from long distance running to sprint running only.
